What You Can Write to Us About
- Bug reports: a style that shows as boxes, a copy button that doesn't work or a page that looks broken on your device.
- Style requests: a font look or symbol set you'd like us to add to the generator.
- Corrections: a mistake in a cursive guide, a letter fact or any other content on the site.
- Privacy questions: anything about cookies, ads or the data described in our privacy policy.
- Business enquiries: partnerships, advertising questions or permission requests.
How to Get a Faster Answer
A few details help us fix problems much faster:
- The page address (URL) where the problem happened.
- Your device and browser, for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome".
- The app where you pasted the text, if the issue is about how a style displays.
- A screenshot, if you can attach one.
When to Expect a Reply
We usually reply within about two working days. Messages sent on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer. If your email is about a correction, we may simply fix the page and let you know once it's done.
We can't promise to add every style that's requested, but we read every suggestion and use them to plan updates.
Stay Safe
Fontwix will never ask for your passwords, login codes or payment details, and we don't need access to any of your social media accounts. If someone claiming to be from Fontwix asks for that information, it isn't us. Please don't share it and let us know at [email protected].
Fontwix is an independent site and isn't affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Discord or any other app. For problems with your account on one of those platforms, please contact that platform's support team directly.
